Polyether Ether Ketone - PEEK

Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance, as well as outstanding physical and chemical properties such as high temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.

Product Features

Heat Resistance: It has a glass transition temperature of 143℃ and a melting point of 334℃, enabling long-term operation at a high temperature of 250℃.
Wear Resistance: It exhibits good friction resistance and wear resistance.
Self-lubricating Property: It has excellent sliding characteristics, making it an ideal material for manufacturing bearings.
Dimensional Stability: It features extremely high dimensional stability, and its properties generally will not be altered by temperature, humidity, chemical erosion or physical pressure.

Application Scope

Aerospace Field: Bolts, nuts and other components for rockets; sealing plates, radar radomes, special valve bodies, sealing rings and other parts for aircraft.
