Key Properties

• Chemical Stability: It is stable to common acids, alkalis, salts, alcohols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, etc., except for strong polar solvents, concentrated nitric acid, and sulfuric acid. It is partially soluble in ester ketones and aromatic hydrocarbons, and soluble in halogenated hydrocarbons and DM (Dimethylformamide).
• Mechanical & Thermal Performance: It has good rigidity and toughness, excellent temperature resistance, thermal oxidation resistance, and creep resistance. It is resistant to corrosion by inorganic acid, alkali, and salt solutions, as well as ionizing radiation.
• Other Advantages: Non-toxic, with good insulation and self-extinguishing properties, and easy to mold and process.

Wide Applications

1. Industrial & Instrumentation Fields: Suitable for manufacturing heat-resistant parts, insulating parts, wear-reducing and wear-resistant parts, instrument components, and medical device parts. It is also ideal for low-temperature working parts.
2. Electronics & Electrical Industry: Commonly used in the production of integrated circuit boards, coil bobbins, contactors, sleeves, capacitor films, and high-performance alkaline battery casings.
3. Household Appliances & Daily Products:
   • Used in microwave ovens, coffee heaters, humidifiers, hair dryers, fabric steamers, beverage and food dispensers, tableware, water cups, baby bottles, etc.
   • Can replace non-ferrous metals for manufacturing precision structural parts in clocks, copiers, cameras, and other devices.
