UHMWPE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) Plastic Bush is a sliding bearing component made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene with a molecular weight of over 1.5 million. It combines multiple excellent properties: first, it has an extremely low friction coefficient, enabling smooth sliding between components and reducing friction loss; second, it possesses superior wear resistance, with a service life far longer than traditional bushing materials such as ordinary plastics and metals; at the same time, it has good chemical stability, being resistant to various corrosive media like acids, alkalis, and salts. Additionally, it is lightweight, impact-resistant, maintains stable performance even in low-temperature environments, and can operate for a long time without frequent lubrication.
