Polyether Ether Ketone - PEEK

Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with excellent mechanical properties and chemical resistance. It possesses physical and chemical properties such as high-temperature resistance and resistance to chemical corrosion.

Product Features

Heat Resistance: Its glass transition temperature is 143°C and melting point is 334°C, allowing it to work continuously at a high temperature of 250°C.
Wear Resistance: It has good friction resistance and wear resistance.
Self-Lubrication: It exhibits excellent sliding properties, making it an outstanding material for bearings.
Dimensional Stability: It has excellent dimensional stability, and its properties generally do not change due to temperature, humidity, chemical erosion, or physical pressure.
