Product Features

1. Suitable for special engineering plastic injection molding and precision machining without the need for special processing equipment.
2. Excellent flame retardancy, ranking among the highly flame-retardant materials in the plastic category.
3. Superior thermal performance: it can withstand 260°C for short-term use and operate continuously at 200–240°C.
4. Strong chemical corrosion resistance, with chemical stability second only to PTFE, and excellent radiation resistance.

Limitations

• Relatively high price: while it is cost-effective among high-temperature resistant materials, it is much more expensive than general-purpose engineering plastics.
• Poor toughness and brittleness.
• Unstable medium viscosity.

Application Scope

1. Electronics: High-voltage components, housings, sockets and terminals for TVs and computers; starting coils, blades, brush brackets and rotor insulation parts for motors; contact switches, relays, electric irons, hair dryers, lamp holders, heaters, and Class F films, etc.
2. Automotive Industry: Suitable for exhaust gas recirculation valves, water pump impellers, carburetors, exhaust devices, exhaust control valves, light reflectors, bearings, and sensor components, etc.
