Polyamide (Commonly Known as Nylon)
Polyamide, commonly referred to as Nylon with the English name Polyamide (abbreviated as PA), boasts a series of excellent properties including high mechanical strength, chemical resistance, oil resistance, wear resistance, self-lubrication, and ease of processing and molding. It has become one of the most widely used thermoplastic engineering plastics both domestically and internationally.
This category of products features a broad range of applications. As an ideal material for replacing metals such as steel, iron and copper, it ranks among the key engineering plastics. Cast nylon is extensively used to substitute wear-resistant components in mechanical equipment, and to replace copper and its alloys as wear-resistant parts in various devices. It is suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant parts, transmission structural components, household appliance parts, auto manufacturing components, lead screw anti-friction mechanical parts, chemical machinery parts and chemical equipment.
